Kavitha, the two-year-old daughter of Ganesh and Vasanthi, has been missing since September 2011. His father continues to fight to find the missing child. This love fight has left everyone confused. The missing child’s father, bank officer Ganesan (50), hails from Majid Nagar Valampuri Vinayakar Kovil Street in Saligram, Chennai. His 2-year-old child Kavita was playing at the door of the house on September 19, 2011. The child’s mother was cooking in the kitchen. Relatives were living on the floor of their house. The mother thought that the child who was playing in the doorway was at a relative’s house upstairs.After a while, the child was searched in many places but could not be found. Shocked to find the child missing, the parents lodged a complaint at the Virukambakkam police station. Virugampakkam police registered a case under the ‘missing child’ section and conducted an investigation. Tripathi, who was then the Chennai Police Commissioner, expedited the case and set up special forces to search for the child but could not find the child.
