Election Commission of India Introduced New App named “Suvita” and “Saksham” for candidates and differently abled voters. The Election Commission of India has been providing various facilities to voters and candidates through various apps for the last few years.Saksham app is specially designed by Election Commission of India for Physically Handicapped voters to register their details. Young differently-abled voters who are going to vote for the first time register their voter ID card number on this Saksham app and all the details including name, address, cell phone number, state, district, constituency will be available. Also, the Election Commission has said that through this, facilities including wheelchairs will be available for differently-abled voters on the polling day.
